Plandear
In the app (fastest)
Settings → Delete my account. All of your Plandear data is removed from our servers immediately, together with any unlock credits left on the account. The plans stored on that phone are erased in the same step. If you signed in with Apple, Apple access is revoked as well; if that cannot be done automatically, the app tells you, and you can stop it yourself as described below.
If you signed in with Apple
Deleting the account also revokes Plandear's access to your Apple Account. If the app tells you this could not be done automatically, or you want to check, stop it yourself:
- On iPhone: Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → Plandear → Stop Using.
- On the web: sign in at account.apple.com → Sign-In and Security → Sign in with Apple, then choose Plandear.
If you signed in before the app was renamed, it may be listed under its earlier name, Proposal Planner.
If you use the same account in our other apps
If you protected your account with Google, Apple or an email address and also use that sign-in in other apps of ours, deleting deletes only your Plandear data. The shared sign-in record (email address and sign-in link) is kept because those apps still use it; your account and data there are not affected. If the sign-in is not used in any other app of ours, it is deleted too.
Without the app
If you protected your account, reinstall the app, sign in with the same Apple, Google or email account and use Settings → Delete my account. You can also write to dodeyazilim@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account and ask for deletion; we remove it within 30 days and reply when it is done. If you never protected your account, it is anonymous and can only be reached from the app on that phone, so delete it in the app before uninstalling.
What is deleted
- Your Plandear account and your sign-in (email address, Apple / Google / email link) — unless the same sign-in is still used in another app of ours, in which case only that shared sign-in record stays
- The Sign in with Apple refresh token, revoked with Apple and then deleted
- Unlock credits, purchase records kept for those credits, and which plans were unlocked
- Changed plans kept with your change requests
- Records of blocked requests, and reports you sent from the app
- Helper invitations you created and invitation redemptions
- Daily generation counters and AI usage records tied to the account
- Plans, photos, notes and reminders on the device (removed by the in-app step)
What is kept, and why
The app store keeps its own record of purchases; we cannot delete Apple’s or Google’s receipts. Anonymous, non-identifying counters (for example “how many plans were generated today”) hold no account reference and stay. Refunds are handled by the store, not by us.
Deleting the account is permanent. Unused credits are not refunded and cannot be restored afterwards.

Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil. Plandear'daki tüm verilerin, hesapta kalan kilit açma kredileriyle birlikte sunucularımızdan hemen silinir. O telefondaki planlar da aynı adımda kaldırılır. Apple ile giriş yaptıysan Apple erişimi de iptal edilir; bu otomatik yapılamazsa uygulama sana söyler ve erişimi aşağıda anlatıldığı gibi kendin durdurabilirsin.
Apple ile giriş yaptıysan
Hesabı silmek, Plandear'ın Apple hesabına erişimini de iptal eder. Uygulama bunun otomatik yapılamadığını söylerse ya da kontrol etmek istersen, erişimi kendin durdurabilirsin:
- iPhone'da: Ayarlar → adın → Giriş Yapma ve Güvenlik → Apple ile Giriş Yap → Plandear → Kullanmayı Durdur.
- Web'de: account.apple.com adresinde oturum aç → Giriş Yapma ve Güvenlik → Apple ile Giriş Yap, ardından Plandear'ı seç.
Uygulamanın adı değişmeden önce giriş yaptıysan listede eski adıyla, Proposal Planner olarak görünebilir.
Aynı hesabı başka uygulamalarımızda kullanıyorsan
Hesabını Google, Apple veya e-postayla koruduysan ve bu girişi başka uygulamalarımızda da kullanıyorsan, silme yalnız Plandear verilerini kapsar. Ortak giriş kaydı (e-posta adresi ve giriş bağlantısı) o uygulamalar hâlâ kullandığı için korunur; oradaki hesabın ve verilerin etkilenmez. Giriş başka hiçbir uygulamamızda kullanılmıyorsa o da silinir.
Uygulama olmadan
Hesabını koruduysan uygulamayı yeniden kur, aynı Apple, Google veya e-posta hesabıyla giriş yap ve Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil adımını kullan. İstersen hesabına bağlı e-posta adresinden dodeyazilim@gmail.com adresine yazıp silme de isteyebilirsin; 30 gün içinde sileriz ve bittiğinde yanıt veririz. Hesabını hiç korumadıysan hesap anonimdir ve yalnız o telefondaki uygulamadan ulaşılabilir; uygulamayı kaldırmadan önce uygulama içinden sil.
Neler siliniyor
- Plandear hesabın ve girişin (e-posta adresi, Apple / Google / e-posta bağlantısı) — aynı giriş başka bir uygulamamızda hâlâ kullanılıyorsa yalnız bu ortak giriş kaydı kalır
- Apple ile Giriş yenileme anahtarı; önce Apple'da iptal edilir, sonra silinir
- Kilit açma kredileri, bu krediler için tutulan satın alma kayıtları ve hangi planların açıldığı
- Değişiklik isteklerinle birlikte saklanan değiştirilmiş planlar
- Engellenen isteklerin kayıtları ve uygulamadan gönderdiğin içerik bildirimleri
- Oluşturduğun yardımcı davetleri ve davet kullanımları
- Hesaba bağlı günlük üretim sayaçları ve yapay zekâ kullanım kayıtları
- Cihazdaki planlar, fotoğraflar, notlar ve hatırlatmalar (uygulama içi adım siler)
Neler kalıyor, neden
Uygulama mağazası satın almaların kendi kaydını tutar; Apple ya da Google’ın makbuzlarını silemeyiz. Kimliğe bağlanmayan anonim sayaçlar (örneğin “bugün kaç plan üretildi”) hesapla ilişkilendirilmediği için kalır. İadeler bizde değil, mağazada işlenir.
Hesap silme kalıcıdır. Kullanılmamış krediler iade edilmez ve sonradan geri getirilemez.
