The short version. Your plans, memories, photos, notes and voice recordings are stored on your phone. The details needed to write ideas and plans leave your device only when you ask for them, and only after you have agreed to share them with our AI provider, OpenAI. Requests and what the AI writes are checked for unsafe content. There is no advertising or cross-app tracking. With your Settings control enabled, the app sends anonymous totals and pseudonymous product-analytics events for a small list of product actions, and crash reports.

What is stored on your device

• Your partner profile, plans, special dates, reservations, ideas, budget and notes
• Photos you attach to a memory — stored in the app's own storage and never uploaded
• Voice recordings made in rehearsal mode — deleted when you leave that screen
• Your PIN, if you set one. A forgotten PIN cannot be recovered; removing the app clears it.

What is sent to our server, and when

When you ask for ideas, a full plan, the Proposal Pack extras or a change to a plan, the app sends the details needed to write it to our function on Supabase. The function passes them to an AI model from OpenAI, our AI provider, which writes the text, and the result comes back to your phone. Depending on the request, this is:

• Every request: the partner's first name as you typed it, your city, how many months you have been together, the budget level, the love language, and the likes, dislikes and constraints you entered — together with the kind of moment (for example a proposal or an anniversary) and your language.
• Ideas: the titles of ideas already suggested to you for that kind of moment, so that new ones are different, and up to four of your answers to “How did your partner react?” (with your star rating) and “What would you do next time?” from earlier plans of the same kind. The app also includes these answers when it asks for a full plan; there, our server discards them without passing them on.
• A full plan or the Proposal Pack extras: the idea you chose (its title, summary and why it fits) and a currency code, taken from your phone's region settings or from the plan itself, so that costs come out in the right currency. For the extras, also the cost of the most expensive step in your plan, to size the ring budget.
• A change to a plan: the idea you chose, what you asked to change, and the current plan — its timeline with times, places and costs, the shopping list, the words to say, the playlist and the plan B.

We do not send your photos, voice recordings, reservations, expenses, reminders or contacts, or any other note you write in the app — only the two answers above. OpenAI does not receive your user ID or your email address. Ideas and plans are stored on your device. When you ask for a change, our server also keeps the changed plan with that request (but not the wording of what you asked), so that a retried request returns the same result without being charged twice.

Your permission for AI

Before the app sends anything to OpenAI for the first time, it asks for your permission. You can withdraw it at any time in Settings → AI data sharing; after that, the app does not send new requests to write ideas or plans until you allow it again. Ideas and plans you already have stay on your phone.

Content checks

Before anything is written, each request for ideas or a plan is checked by a keyword filter on our server, OpenAI's moderation model and an automated AI classifier. What the AI writes is checked too, and it is not shown if it fails. When a request is blocked, we record your user ID, which kind of request it was, the reason category and the time — never the text itself. We use these records to pause AI requests for a while after repeated blocked attempts and to watch for abuse. They are deleted when you delete your account.

Reports

If you report an idea or a plan in the app, we store the reason you chose, the part of the AI text you reported and any note you add, linked to your account, so that we can review it. Reports are deleted when you delete your account.

Anonymous usage counts

The app can increment daily counters for actions such as opening the quick planner, creating a plan, adding it to a calendar or sharing a memory card. These counters contain no profile, plan text, photo, note, device identifier or arbitrary event property, and cannot be connected back to you. You can turn them off at any time in Settings.

Product analytics

While the same Settings switch (Share anonymous usage counts) is on, the app also sends a short list of named events to PostHog, so that we can see where people get stuck: for example that the app was opened, onboarding was finished, ideas were shown, the purchase screen was opened, a purchase started or finished, a plan was unlocked, or content was reported. An event carries only its name and short codes such as the kind of moment, the product ID or a reason code, plus technical details PostHog adds itself (app version, device model, operating system, language and time zone). Events are grouped by a random ID created on your device; it is not linked to your account, email address or name, and no location is looked up. We never send your partner profile, plan text, notes, photos or recordings. Turning the switch off stops these events.

Crash reports

While the same Settings switch (Share anonymous usage counts) is on, the app sends a crash report to Sentry when it crashes or runs into an error: technical details of the error, the device model, the operating system and app versions and, for some sessions, performance timings. Crash reports are set up to leave out your email address, partner profile, plan text, photos and recordings. Turning the switch off stops crash reports as well.

Account and purchases

• The app creates an anonymous account with a random user ID so purchases and credits can be tied to something. No name, email or phone number is required to use it.
• Signing in is optional. Under Settings → Protect your account you can link this account to Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email address with a password (a one-time code sent to that address can be used if you forget the password). We then store your email address together with the account’s user ID. We do not ask for or store your name. The address is used only to sign you in and identify your account — no marketing email is sent.
• If you use Sign in with Apple, we keep the refresh token Apple issues on our server, readable only by our server-side service and never by the app, solely so we can revoke Apple access when you delete your account.
• Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We never see your card details. RevenueCat validates the receipt and tells our server what you own.

Who processes data for us

• Supabase — runs our server: account (user ID and, if you protect the account, your email address), credit balance and plan-unlock records, daily generation counters and AI usage records, changed plans kept with change requests, records of blocked requests, and reports
• OpenAI — checks requests for unsafe content and writes ideas and plans from the details described above
• RevenueCat — purchase validation
• Sentry — crash reports, only while the usage switch in Settings is on
• PostHog (EU) — product analytics events described above, only while the usage switch in Settings is on
• Apple / Google — payment and app delivery, and sign-in if you choose Sign in with Apple or Google

We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Children

The app is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13.

Your choices

In Settings you can withdraw your permission for AI data sharing and turn off usage counts, product analytics and crash reports. You can export your data from Settings, and remove everything from the device with “Start over”. Settings → Delete my account permanently deletes all of your Plandear data, on our server and on the device; if you signed in with Apple, Apple access is revoked as well (if that cannot be done automatically, the app tells you how to do it yourself). If you use the same Google, Apple or email account in our other apps, only your Plandear data is deleted — the shared sign-in record is kept and your account there is not affected. Sunucuya ne gider, ne zaman

Fikir, tam plan, Teklif Paketi ekleri ya da bir planda değişiklik istediğinde uygulama, bunu yazmak için gerekenleri Supabase üzerindeki fonksiyonumuza gönderir. Fonksiyon bunları yapay zekâ sağlayıcımız OpenAI'ın modeline iletir; metni model yazar ve sonuç telefonuna döner. İsteğe göre gönderilenler:

• Her istekte: yazdığın şekliyle partnerin adı, şehrin, kaç aydır birlikte olduğunuz, bütçe düzeyi, sevgi dili ve girdiğin sevdikleri, sevmedikleri ve kısıtlar — anın türü (örneğin evlilik teklifi ya da yıldönümü) ve dilinle birlikte.
• Fikirlerde: aynı an türü için sana daha önce önerilen fikirlerin başlıkları (yenileri farklı olsun diye) ve aynı türdeki önceki planlarında “Partnerin nasıl tepki verdi?” (yıldız puanınla birlikte) ve “Bir dahaki sefere ne yapardın?” sorularına verdiğin yanıtlardan en fazla dördü. Uygulama bu yanıtları tam plan isterken de ekler; orada sunucumuz onları hiçbir yere iletmeden atar.
• Tam planda ya da Teklif Paketi eklerinde: seçtiğin fikir (başlığı, özeti ve neden uyduğu) ve maliyetler doğru para biriminde çıksın diye telefonunun bölge ayarından ya da planın kendisinden alınan para birimi kodu. Eklerde ayrıca, yüzük bütçesini ölçeklemek için planındaki en pahalı adımın tutarı.
• Planda değişiklikte: seçtiğin fikir, neyin değişmesini istediğin ve planın şu anki hâli — saatleri, yerleri ve maliyetleriyle akış, alışveriş listesi, söylenecekler, çalma listesi ve B planı.

Fotoğraflarını, ses kayıtlarını, rezervasyonlarını, harcamalarını, hatırlatmalarını ve rehberini göndermeyiz; uygulamada yazdığın diğer notları da — yalnız yukarıdaki iki yanıt gider. OpenAI, kullanıcı kimliğini ya da e-posta adresini almaz. Fikirler ve planlar cihazında saklanır. Bir değişiklik istediğinde sunucumuz, yeniden denenen istek aynı sonucu ikinci kez ücret alınmadan döndürebilsin diye değiştirilmiş planı da o istekle birlikte saklar (ne istediğinin metnini değil).

Yapay zekâ için iznin

Uygulama OpenAI'a ilk kez bir şey göndermeden önce iznini ister. Bu izni istediğin zaman Ayarlar'daki yapay zekâ veri paylaşımı seçeneğinden geri alabilirsin; bundan sonra, yeniden izin verene kadar uygulama fikir ya da plan yazdırmak için yeni istek göndermez. Elindeki fikirler ve planlar telefonunda kalır.

İçerik denetimi

Hiçbir şey yazılmadan önce her fikir ya da plan isteği sunucumuzdaki bir kelime filtresinden, OpenAI'ın denetim modelinden ve otomatik bir yapay zekâ sınıflandırıcısından geçer. Yapay zekânın yazdıkları da denetlenir; denetimden geçemeyen metin gösterilmez. Bir istek engellendiğinde kullanıcı kimliğini, isteğin türünü, sebebin kategorisini ve zamanı kaydederiz — metnin kendisini asla. Bu kayıtları, art arda engellenen denemelerden sonra yapay zekâ isteklerini bir süre durdurmak ve kötüye kullanımı izlemek için kullanırız. Hesabını sildiğinde bu kayıtlar da silinir.

İçerik bildirimleri

Uygulamada bir fikri ya da planı bildirirsen, incelenebilmesi için seçtiğin sebebi, bildirdiğin yapay zekâ metni parçasını ve eklediğin notu hesabına bağlı olarak saklarız. Hesabını sildiğinde bildirimlerin de silinir.

Anonim kullanım sayıları

Uygulama; hızlı planlayıcıyı açma, plan oluşturma, takvime ekleme veya anı kartı paylaşma gibi eylemlerin günlük sayacını artırabilir. Bu sayaçlarda profil, plan metni, fotoğraf, not, cihaz kimliği veya serbest olay özelliği bulunmaz ve sonuçlar sana geri bağlanamaz. Ayarlar'dan istediğin zaman kapatabilirsin.

Ürün analitiği

Aynı Ayarlar seçeneği (Anonim kullanım sayılarını paylaş) açıkken uygulama, kullanıcıların nerede takıldığını görebilmemiz için PostHog'a kısa bir listeden adlandırılmış olaylar da gönderir: örneğin uygulamanın açıldığı, tanıtımın bittiği, fikirlerin gösterildiği, satın alma ekranının açıldığı, bir satın almanın başladığı ya da bittiği, bir planın açıldığı veya bir içeriğin bildirildiği. Bir olay yalnız adını ve an türü, ürün kimliği ya da sebep kodu gibi kısa kodları taşır; PostHog buna teknik ayrıntıları kendisi ekler (uygulama sürümü, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, dil ve saat dilimi). Olaylar cihazında üretilen rastgele bir kimlikle gruplanır; bu kimlik hesabına, e-posta adresine ya da adına bağlanmaz ve konum sorgulanmaz. Partner profilini, plan metnini, notlarını, fotoğraflarını ya da kayıtlarını asla göndermeyiz. Seçeneği kapatmak bu olayları da durdurur.

Çökme raporları

Aynı Ayarlar seçeneği (Anonim kullanım sayılarını paylaş) açıkken uygulama çöktüğünde ya da bir hatayla karşılaştığında Sentry'ye çökme raporu gönderir: hatanın teknik ayrıntıları, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümleri ile bazı oturumlarda performans ölçümleri. Çökme raporları e-posta adresini, partner profilini, plan metnini, fotoğrafları ve kayıtları dışarıda bırakacak şekilde ayarlanmıştır. Seçeneği kapatmak çökme raporlarını da durdurur.

Hesap ve satın almalar

• Satın almaların ve kredilerin bir yere bağlanabilmesi için rastgele bir kullanıcı kimliğiyle anonim bir hesap açılır. Kullanmak için ad, e-posta ya da telefon gerekmez.
• Giriş yapmak isteğe bağlıdır. Ayarlar → Hesabını koru bölümünden bu hesabı Apple ile Giriş, Google ya da e-posta adresi ve şifreyle bir girişe bağlayabilirsin (şifreni unutursan o adrese gönderilen tek kullanımlık kodla da girebilirsin). Bu durumda e-posta adresini hesabın kullanıcı kimliğiyle birlikte saklarız. Adını istemeyiz ve saklamayız. Adres yalnız giriş yapman ve hesabını tanımak için kullanılır; pazarlama e-postası gönderilmez.
• Apple ile Giriş kullanırsan Apple'ın verdiği yenileme anahtarını (refresh token) sunucumuzda tutarız; bu kayda uygulama erişemez, yalnız sunucu tarafındaki yetkili hizmet okuyabilir. Tek amacı, hesabını sildiğinde Apple erişimini iptal edebilmektir.
• Ödemeyi Apple veya Google alır. Kart bilgilerini hiçbir zaman görmeyiz. Makbuzu RevenueCat doğrular ve neye sahip olduğunu sunucumuza bildirir.

Ayarlar'dan yapay zekâ ile veri paylaşımı iznini geri alabilir, kullanım sayılarını, ürün analitiğini ve çökme raporlarını kapatabilirsin. Verini Ayarlar'dan dışa aktarabilir, “Baştan başla” ile cihazdaki her şeyi silebilirsin. Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil Plandear'daki tüm verilerini sunucudan ve cihazdan kalıcı olarak siler; Apple ile giriş yaptıysan Apple erişimi de iptal edilir (bu otomatik yapılamazsa uygulama bunu kendin nasıl yapacağını söyler).
